Latino Coalition for a Healthy California

Background

LCHC’s Day at the Capitol is a testament to community-driven advocacy. On April 30, 2025, LCHC convened over 60 Latine and Indigenous leaders at the California State Capitol to advocate for health equity policies. As the event photographers, we documented the day’s pivotal moments, from outdoor speeches to legislative meetings within the Capitol.

Over six hours, we navigated various event settings, capturing candid and posed moments that reflect the participants’ dedication to health equity.
